1. Type of product
All DRAGO DIGITALS products are digital. There is no physical shipping, no freight cost and no transport time.
2. Delivery time
- Approved payment: access is sent right away, usually within minutes.
- Payments under anti-fraud review: delivery happens after approval, within 24 hours.
3. How you get access
- You receive a confirmation at the email address given at checkout.
- You open the download link, or access the product through the applicable sales platform.
- You save the files to your device and can read or print them whenever you like.
4. If you do not receive it
Check your spam and promotions folders. If you cannot find it within 24 hours, write to contact@dragodigitals.com.br with the email used at checkout and we will resend your access.
5. Requirements
A device able to open digital files such as PDF (phone, tablet or computer). To print the materials, a regular printer.
