1. 7-day guarantee
If a product does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. This guarantee applies to customers in every country and does not limit the rights guaranteed to you as a consumer by the law of your country of residence.
2. How to request it
- Email contact@dragodigitals.com.br with the subject "Refund".
- Include the name and email used at checkout and the payment date.
- We confirm receipt within 2 business days and process the refund.

3. Timing and method
- Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Once processed by us, the amount may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- 100% of the amount paid is refunded. Currency conversion fees or taxes charged by your bank are outside our control.
4. After 7 days
After the guarantee period, since the digital product has already been delivered, refunds are not issued, except in the cases in section 5.
5. Problems with the product
If you did not receive the product, the file is damaged or it does not match its description, contact us at any time. We will first try to fix it by resending the material; if that is not possible, we refund the amount paid.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Resolving it directly with us is usually faster.
